The controller is established in Sweden. The GDPR applies unchanged; the lead supervisory authority is the Swedish data protection authority (see section 8).

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., Jonavos g. 60C, 44192 Kaunas, Lithuania. The provider processes the data generated when the website is accessed on our behalf, on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

3. Server log files

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information transmitted by your browser:

• browser type and version
• operating system used
• referrer URL
• host name of the accessing computer
• time of the server request
• IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and security of our website. The retention period is 7 days.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and your browser’s local storage (localStorage). Technically necessary storage is based on § 25 (2) TDDDG; all other access takes place exclusively with your consent pursuant to § 25 (1) TDDDG.

5. Web analytics with PostHog

We use PostHog to analyse the use of this website. The provider is PostHog, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4008, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA.

Storage location: processing takes place on PostHog’s EU infrastructure with servers located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Data processed: page views and URLs accessed, referrer URL and campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid, fbclid), browser and device information, approximate location based on the IP address (the IP address itself is not stored permanently), clicks and form interactions, and functional events such as opening a product page, changes in the configurator, adding to the cart, opening the checkout and submitting a registration of interest.

Linking with your email address: when you submit the registration or contact form, your email address is transmitted to PostHog as an identifier. This links the previously pseudonymous usage data from your browser to you as a person. If you answer the survey on the confirmation page, those answers are also linked to your profile.

Session recording: we record your session on this website (session replay). What is recorded: mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, page changes and the page content displayed to you, so that we can see where the interface gets in the way. Text entered into form fields is masked by the recorder and is not stored in clear text. Recording only starts after you have given consent and does not take place at all if you allow necessary cookies only. Recordings are deleted after 30 days.

Legal basis: processing takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Processing agreement and third-country transfer: a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with PostHog. As the provider is based in the USA, access from a third country cannot be entirely ruled out. The transfer is based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR.

6. Registration of interest and contact

On the checkout page and in the contact form we collect:

• email address (mandatory)
• name (optional)
• phone number (optional, contact form only)
• your product selection and configuration

We use this data solely to inform you about the start of sales and to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you give via the checkbox in the form, and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for responding to pre-contractual enquiries.

Your details remain with us until you ask us to delete them, withdraw your consent, or the purpose ceases to apply.
