Right of withdrawal

Editorial note: this page is a placeholder for the period before sales begin. As soon as contracts can be concluded it must be replaced by a full withdrawal policy under the consumer protection rules of each target market, including the model withdrawal form. A missing or defective policy extends the withdrawal period to twelve months and fourteen days.

As no distance contract is concluded, no statutory right of withdrawal arises at present — neither under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen 2005:59) nor under the consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

Your registration of interest can be withdrawn at any time

If you have registered for the start of sales, this is a non-binding expression of interest and not a contract. You may withdraw your registration at any time and without giving reasons — an informal message to info@fjordshed.eu is sufficient. Your data will then be deleted.

After sales begin

As soon as it is possible to purchase through this website, you will have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days as a consumer. The full withdrawal policy and the model withdrawal form will then be published here and additionally provided to you in text form before the contract is concluded.
